The location was insane, with an awesome view of the city. The staff were super chill and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Plus, we got a free upgrade to a two-person room, so it was like a party every night! We had a blast exploring the cool bars and clubs in Oslo. Definitely recommend for young party-goers like us!
The only thing we wished for was a rocking party vibe at the hostel itself. Like, maybe they could organize some fun events or have a cool common area where we could hang and meet other young travelers.

exceeded expectations on a budget! upgraded to 2-person room, stunning view, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. Impressed with single furnished room, shared kitchen & bathroom, laundry facilities, and board games. Perfect for hiking. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Helpful staff and convenient 24hr ticket. Would stay again!

I had a great nights sleep at Hostel Ronningen. The room wasnice and neat, with a good shower and toilet facilities. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The hostel is located in a quiet area, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The views from the room were also enjoyable, adding to the overall pleasant stay. The public transport in Oslo is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. I highly recommend Hostel Ronningen for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's not just a hostel, it's the most comfortable place we've ever been. The spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, and amazing views from the windows made it lovely. Plus, the range of facilities, including a fitness gym, game hall, and fully-equipped kitchen. The super-friendly and skilled team made our stay even more special. You guys are amazing!
